This thing got ressed..... Anyways might as well contribute.
Favorite - Eternal Grove, I just like the defend the fortress type missions. Also Dzagonur Bastion is a close 2nd
Least Favorite - Any of the jungle missions.
Easiest - I'd have to say Chahbek ( No one said you can't say noob missions)
Hardest - easy mode is Gate of Madness hm is probably Eternal Grove.

Now this sort of thread is fine to resurrect, I'd say - it brings it to the attention of a whole new audience and never goes out of date (much). Notice how the OP NEVER got updated - we should dig him up and force him to update 3 years worth of opinion
Favourite - THK. My original character, a warrior, was stuck there for 3 months. Totally gave up and wandered around Sorrow's Furnace. Once I got into a good guild and was shown how a real team operates, it became different. A year later and I H/H'd it for the first time because I needed the bonus. My god, how easy it was!
Least Favourite: Probably Moddock crevice. I just hate those damned runners. Dzagonur Bastion is a pain in the proverbials too.
Easiest: Hum, a weak category really. Anything in the newbie areas. Should be "easiest mission that should be hard," in which case we're back to THK
Hardest: Eek, can't think of a stand-out one. Does Vloxen Excavations HM count?

Favorite Prophecies: Bloodstone Fen
Favorite Factions: Arborstone
Favorite Nightfall: Jokunar Diggings
Unloved Prophecies: Dunes of Despair
Unloved Factions: Gyala Hatchery tied with The Eternal Grove
Unloved Nightfall: Gate of Madness tied with Dzagonur Bastion
Hardest Prophecies: None of them... okay, maybe Abaddon's Mouth.
Hardest Factions: The Eternal Grove (mostly annoying)
Hardest Nightfall: Tahnnakai Temple (the time for Masters)
All of which I speak involve both mission and bonus/getting Masters.
All of which I speak involve Normal Mode, not Hard Mode.

Good topic here
All in NM
Favorite: Hard to say but atm I'm going with Against the Charr some ppl seem to have trouble with it, but for me it was very enjoyable.... after the first time I went back and redid it just for the fun of it.
Least Favorite: Probably Bloodstone Fen, although overall the Prophecies Missions are inferior to the other campaigns imo. Not had, but time consuming.
Easiest: In comparison to the avg. lvl at the time of the mission, I'd probably say Ruins of Morah - Varesh dropped like a rock the first time (well under masters time req).... I was abit disappointed to be honest.
Hardest: Without a doubt Gate of Madness, Undead Shiro is a @#$&! only mission I haven't been able to H/H for the first completion.

Favorite: Nahpui Quarter. Really not that hard once you get the hang of it. Although it was one that I found frustratingly impossible when I was a newbie.
Least Favorite: Hmmm, Aurora Glade I think. Long cakewalk to the end before you find out if your team is any good or not.
Hardest: As far as just completing them goes...none. For getting masters, this will vary from player to player as everyone has different things that are difficult for them. I'd have to say Ruins of Morah. (Well unless I can nominate A Time for Heroes HM. I have not been able to beat it yet and I refuse to get a run. I'd rather finish it on my own than rely on a runner)
Easiest: Chabek Village - Come on guys, is there any contest here????? A brand new newbie that just installed the game an hour ago should be able to finish this one just by letting Koss and the Sunspears do all the killing.
Edit: Ok, just read the post above mine. Elder! Please! Give me some tips! I'm begging ya!

Dzagonur Bastion is a nightmare in HM. Nothing else really compares.
For people stuck on it, we did it with 3 Mystic Sandstorm heroes (Mirage Cloak, Mystic Sandstorm, Pious Renewal, Staggering Force, Dustcloak, Heart of Holy Flame, Armor of Sancitity, Rez : +5 nrg melee weapon, +12 offhand, all windwalker runes with minor earth headgear and minor mysticism, crank mysticism and earth to max.), 2 Ursans, 2 healboons, and Masters as an N/Rt Healer (Icy Veins, Life, Mend Body, Spirit Light, Weapon of Warding, Protective was Kaolai, Flesh; crans Soul Reaping and Restoration).
There is a certain order to it in HM.
STEP ONE:
At the start flag all the orders groups to the east, when they are in formation at the east catapult flag you Master of Whispers spirit healer behind them to ensure they don't die and hold east the entire time.
STEP TWO:
5 waves of enemies come, 2 center, 1 west, then 2 center at the same time. At the last group leave one alive archer and immediately flag everyone over to the west warrior boss spawn point. Then pull the leftover archer and kill him, spawning the warrior boss out of the portal. When the boss spawns you have about 15 seconds to kill him before a kournan group spawns out of the portal and overruns your party, which is nice when you have him surrounded by 3 mystic sandstorm heroes, I killed him in about 8 seconds.
STEP THREE:
Immediately after wiping the boss mover to center and save the bombardment. Then wipeout all the kournans coming out towards center and rush the monk boss directly ahead of you. When he drops, rush the paragon boss and kill him then return to save center again.
STEP FOUR:
Once center is clear hit the east side and clear the kournans, then send one solo tank ahead of the party with prots on to eat the 700 dmg invoke spike from the ele boss. Rush the ele boss and gg, Masters with no fortifications lost.

Just did all of these in HM, so this'll be biased towards that. Also, only covers Tyria. Some NF and Factions missions are bound to be harder in HM than any of the Tyrian missions.
Favorite: Elona Reach - Challenging without being stupidly impossible in HM
Least Favorite: Divinity Coast, with honourable mentions to The Ruins of Surmia, Nolani Academy and Frost Gate. Big, long maps bore me, a lot. All the ones I've forgotten can consider themselves included as well.
Hardest: Hell's Precipice - The only mission which actually required the use of consumables in HM in all of Prophecies (using H/H).
Easiest: Augury Rock. Seriously, gimmick builds just own the doppelganger.

Its funny that people think that Hell's is so hard. Just bring a PD or powerblock mesmer to hit the imps and it's cake. Just as long as you avoid the 6 spark mob that patrols midway to the path that leads to the seer its easysauce.

This thread seems fun.
Favorites (in that order): Gate of Madness, Vizunah Square and probably also Abaddon's Gate (I love watching the monk boss failing with daze on it).
Least Favorites: Ruins of Surmia (so damn long), Hell's Precipice (doing it 15 times+ with one char ain't fun) and Grand Court of Sebelkeh.
Hardest: Eternal Grove (I really need someone else here), Divinity Coast (saving people hard anyone?) and maybe Ring of Fire alternate route (so many interrupts).
Easiest ones: Killing Shiro the first time, killing Shiro the second time, and most non-hard. Although those enter maybe in "Boring".

Oh, I had Gwen, and I was BHA. It's just the only mission which really required a targeted build, and was a bit difficult even then. Ok, so Master's Leeroying straight into the sparks near the Seer (while flagged WAY back) and thereby managing to pull the whole Boss group as well, wasn't according to plan. One sacrificial H/H party later, I rezzed and consumes were used to counter DP. I used all my honeycombs chasing sweettooth, before I started chasing Guardian. Doh!
